Global Seoul Mate's I Like Seoul mission!

I like many things about Seoul such as its parks, mountains, palaces, restaurants, transportation system Etc. Among all of previously mentioned places, I like Han River Parks (한강공원) the most!!

Picnic at one of many parks is best way to spend your weekend during spring, summers or autumn. Many seoulites fascinate Hagang Parks for physical activities such as cycling and running. You will often find people practicing for marathons or cycling events or just doing it as hobby!

Since I moved to Korea, I was searching for nice tracks and parks. Han river parks were simply best! They provide breathtaking views ,therefore I choose it be my favorite thing about Seoul!!

I LIKE Han River Parks in Seoul because I can run or ride bicycle there! Moreover, I can enjoy picnic with friends over there :)

Han River Parks = Nature + Picnic + Walk ,+ Peace + Serenity + Running + Cycling + AdayOut!

In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery of nature, bicycle riders can experience all of the special features along the course, including unique bicycle-riding in Nanji Park, the Friendly Trail in Mangwon Park, the view of the twilight and Bamseom Island from Mapo Bridge, the open field and fountain of Yeouido Park, and the cafés on Dongjak Bridge. "Neighbors from a far /교실에서 만나는 먼나라 이웃나라"

Introduction: I participated in a volunteer activity called “Neighbors from Afar/ 교실에서 만나는 먼나라 이웃나라" orchestrated by Seoul Metropolitan Government. The main objective of this activity program was to enhance mutual understanding and respect between Koreans and foreigners living in Seoul. In this regard, I visited Unhyun Elementary School, to deliver lecture about my home country Pakistan (파키스탄). The audience of lecture were Grade-5 elementary students. Details: The lecture start time was 9am in the morning; therefore I had to leave early from Kyung Hee University ( 경희대학교 ) Suwon Yeongtong. The journey was pretty smooth because of good transportation system. It took one hour to reach Anguk Station. We were greeted by school staff as well as couple of pleasant shouts from kids! The school was located at nice place with green lawns and trees surrounded by tall building. Mr. Donghoon Shin told us that hat we will be joined by JoongAng Daily news reporters ...
