Skiing and snow boarding at Vilvaldi Park

There ain't many outdoor activities in Korea during long and cold winter.
But skiing parks are crowded despite weather over there is chilly !
There are many skiing parks near to Seoul. Among these famous ones are pyeongcheong, hi won, Vilvaldi etc.

Vilvaldi is relatively close to Seoul for one day commute. Ticket price including rentals plus entry to park ranges from 35-45 thousand ( discount included). And a free shuttle bus is available too!

Introduction:   I participated in a volunteer activity called “Neighbors from Afar/ 교실에서 만나는 먼나라 이웃나라" orchestrated by Seoul Metropolitan Government. The journey was pretty smooth because of good transportation system. It took one hour to reach Anguk Station. We were greeted by school staff as well as couple of pleasant shouts from kids!
